Financial Analyst

Need someone with a background in manufacturing Position Summary Financial Analyst III supporting manufacturing finance, with a focus on cost accounting, inventory, manufacturing performance, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounting. Key Responsibilities Support monthly close, financial reporting, and manufacturing expenses. Perform actual vs. budget/forecast analysis and identify cost drivers. Support standard costing, cost rolls, and product costing. Analyze and reconcile inventory: raw materials, WIP, finished goods, E&O/slow-moving inventory. Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and inventory variance investigation. Develop AOP, budgets, forecasts, financial models, and cost analyses. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounting. Prepare manufacturing/financial reports and identify risks and savings opportunities. Support audits and process improvement/automation. Must-Have Skills 5+ years related experience + Bachelor's degree. Manufacturing Finance / Cost Accounting Inventory Accounting Standard Costing Manufacturing Variance Analysis PPV / COGS Financial Analysis & Forecasting Advanced Excel — PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, large datasets.
