As a Solution Representative, you will develop integrated solutions that address clients' business needs and deliver client value while supporting IBM business strategies. This role is part of IBM Consulting and is focused on driving business growth through tailored solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Client Solutions: Develop integrated solutions that address clients' industry and business needs, delivering value to clients while aligning with IBM business strategies.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities to drive business growth through tailored solutions, supporting IBM Consulting's objectives and initiatives.
• Deliver Client Value: Ensure solutions deliver tangible value to clients, meeting their business needs and expectations.
• Support IBM Strategies: Align solutions with IBM business strategies, contributing to the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, developing solutions that meet their requirements.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise:

• Industry Knowledge: Experience with industry trends, challenges, and business needs, enabling the development of tailored solutions that address clients' specific pain points.
• Solution Development: Experience in designing and developing integrated solutions that deliver tangible value to clients, meeting their business needs and expectations.
• Business Growth Strategies: Experience with identifying opportunities to drive business growth through tailored solutions, supporting business objectives and initiatives.
• Client Collaboration: Experience working closely with clients to understand their business needs, developing solutions that meet their requirements and deliver value.
• Strategic Alignment: Experience in aligning solutions with business strategies, contributing to overall goals and objectives.

Preferred technical and professional experience:

• Industry Trend Analysis: Experience with analyzing industry trends, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing tailored solutions that address clients' specific pain points.
• Solution Optimization: Experience in optimizing integrated solutions to deliver increased value to clients, meeting their evolving business needs and expectations.
• Business Growth Initiatives: Experience with developing and implementing initiatives that drive business growth through tailored solutions, supporting IBM Consulting's objectives and strategies.
