This position is responsible for executing menu recipes with precision, consistency, and pride, ensuring every dish meets Vandelay's standards for flavor, presentation, and timing. Line Cooks prepare food according to guest requests, portion guidelines, temperature standards, and company protocols, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized station.
