Warehouse Associate / Records Specialist

Must be Able to Lift - 25 to 100lbs.

Location: Warren, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00/hr

Overtime: Optional Saturday overtime available

About the Opportunity

We're seeking dependable Warehouse Associates / Records Specialists to join a leading records management company. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active, working independently, and performing hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire.

What You'll Do

• Retrieve records and storage boxes from warehouse shelving

• Organize and prepare records for shipment and storage

• Scan inventory using handheld scanners

• Load and unload boxes throughout the facility

• Build pallets and move materials throughout the warehouse

• Re-box records when necessary

• Push carts and U-boats to transport materials

• Maintain inventory accuracy

• Meet daily productivity goals

What to Expect

This is a highly physical position that requires continuous movement throughout the workday.

Employees regularly:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes

• Bend, twist, and reach throughout shifts

• Climb stairs frequently

• Work from shelving systems up to approximately 10 feet high

• Work in narrow warehouse aisles

• Walk several miles per shift

This facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary with the seasons.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or distribution experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75-100 lbs

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to read small numbers and labels accurately

• Ability to meet daily productivity goals

Preferred

• Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or distribution center experience

• RF scanner experience

• Inventory management experience

• Pallet jack experience
