Foster Care Family Case Manager — Flexible Schedule
Together for Youth
Together for Youth is seeking a Family Specialist to coordinate a comprehensive case management plan for youth in foster care, ensuring safety, permanency and well-being. Work includes home visits, documentation, collaboration with treatment teams, and discharge planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
