RN/LPN PDN NURSE Needed with G-Tube Experience

IN NEED OF A NURSE FOR 24 HOURS PER WEEK 3RD SHIFT 5PM - 5AM WITH G-TUBE EXPERIENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COLUMBUS. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Professional Nurse in home health care setting Knowledge of State and Federal regulations Proficient oral and written communication skills Ability to use sensory and cognitive functions to process and prioritize information, treatment, and follow-up Ability to independently seek out resources and work collaboratively Ability to work with a variety of groups; multidisciplinary teams, managers, and staff Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment over 50 pounds Duties and Responsibilities Adhering to the scope of practice as set forth by the State Board of Nursing Preserving the dignity and self-respect of patients Practicing patient privacy and confidentiality Administering prescribed medication within the state scope of practice Collaborating with other health care providers and provide education to patients and/or significant others Documenting and reporting care received, changes, observations and other data related to the clinical condition of the patient to the RN Clinical Manager Performing other duties as requested #J-18808-Ljbffr Touch Worldwide Ltd.
