The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a strong and compassionate LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about resident care, team leadership, and creating a positive clinical environment within a skilled nursing setting.

The Unit Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily clinical operations on the unit, supporting nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow for the assigned unit
• Supervise and support nursing staff, CNAs, and clinical team members
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
• Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overall resident care coordination
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Support infection control, quality measures, and survey preparedness initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
