CNC Mill Machinist Opportunity

A growing precision manufacturing company in Tempe is looking to add a CNC Mill Machinist to their team! Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

CNC Mill Machinist Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
• Load and unload materials, tooling, and fixtures as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality and specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Monitor machine operation and identify quality or equipment issues
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards throughout the manufacturing process

CNC Mill Machinist Requirements:

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, offsets, and basic machining processes
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
