Role description Workday Senior Recruiting Consultant The Role UST is searching for a Workday Senior Recruiting Consultant who will configure, enhance, and support Workday Recruiting solutions to meet talent acquisition and workforce planning needs. What You’ll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, ensure system efficiency, and deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules, business processes, security, reports, and dashboards. Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday Recruiting solutions. Support integrations, testing, data validation, and release deployments. Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support. Create functional documentation, job aids, and knowledge-transfer materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and adoption. What You Need Primary skill: Workday HCM Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant certification. Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and business processes. Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations. Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and HR systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Location & Compensation Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
