You will work to deliver lean, flexible and competitive manufacturing systems that power our winning portfolio of Ford Tough trucks and SUVs.We are seeking a passionate, detailed, inquisitive engineer to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer working on the 8F / 10R Gear Machining Lines. This will be an onsite, full-time position. Initiate bids, evaluate, recap bids for equipment purchase; work with Purchasing to write and place orders.Work with OEMs, suppliers, Product, and Plant engineering teams to resolve engineering and program delivery issues.Interface and coordinate project related items such as facilities, safety, ergonomics, material handling & kitting, tooling, and gauging.Support discrete event simulation for constraint analysis; work with Industrial Engineers (IE) to assess and improve throughput.Travel up to 50% in support of assigned projects in collaboration with OEMs, Tooling, Gauging, and related equipment suppliers.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-14
