Access to our full range of health, wealth and life offerings at What You’ll Do Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service. Perform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration using Safelite’s tools and processes. Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal®, Ezi‑Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS), work order, customer administration systems, and the handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology. Safely and professionally drive a company van to and from customer locations throughout the workday. Communicate with scheduled customers in person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers. Perform all other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Age: Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid state‑issued driver’s license. Safelite SafeTech™ certification required. Ability to operate a Safelite van following all safety, cleanliness policies, traffic laws, and maintaining a safe driving record. Flexibility with hours and days trained/worked, as workloads vary. Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions. Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
