Senior Regional Process Technology Manager

Leads high-impact strategic process excellence team for Global Polymers. Collaborates with manufacturing plants and wide range of technical areas to drive improvements across Process Safety, Opportunity and Operational Cost, Productivity, Quality and Service. Provides advanced technical expertise in manufacturing operations, drives process technology transformation & innovation. Manages CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects. Manages scale-up & commercialization, supporting product launching and business growth. Leads and develop process engineers and technical team members across the region while promoting best practice sharing across the organization.Additional Information:Shift: Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm25% Travel.This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
