Hands-On Maintenance Technician - Preventive Repairs

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and implement preventive maintenance for residents and staff. You will report to the Maintenance Director on building and equipment conditions and coordinate ongoing upkeep. The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, adherence to chemical safety, and a proactive approach to learning new techniques as needed.
