About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Innovation to serve as a visionary and entrepreneurial senior executive with a strong mission-driven focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating institutional growth through the expansion of strategic partnerships, revenue innovation, and the advancement of the company's strategic sustainability. This role demands a high level of discernment, collaborative influence, and the ability to galvanize cross-functional partners to champion and execute growth opportunities, with a central priority on revenue growth. The VP of Innovation will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to position the company as a leader in innovation, community impact, and sustainable growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Innovation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-15 years of executive leadership experience in relevant fields. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in generating organizational growth and revenue, as well as the ability to build high-level strategic relationships. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is a deep alignment with the company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have experience in Christian-based higher education or related sectors, a background in entrepreneurial leadership, and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
