IT Technician

In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business systems while helping employees stay connected, productive, and successful. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues Provide remote and in-person support to end users Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware deployment Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user access Document support requests, resolutions, and IT assets accurately Help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations across the organization What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic networking Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred Why Join Us Employee-Owned Success As a 100% employee-owned company, your contributions directly impact our shared success.
