This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing health teaching, counseling, and therapy to support patient well-being. The position emphasizes autonomous practice within the scope of clinical expertise, with potential for department float and on-call responsibilities.
