Job Title : Account Representative
Pay : $19/hour
Location : Oldsmar, FL
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Account Representative is responsible for communicating with customers to provide product and service information, process orders, and help resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding products, orders, and services
Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
Provide quotes, including pricing and delivery timelines
Support the sales team and work with Regional Sales Managers and manufacturer representatives
Review and compare customer part requests with available products
Track orders and follow up with customers on order status
Assist with basic reporting and support tasks for sales and engineering teams
Document customer issues and assist with resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Required Skills
Customer service experience
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Attention to detail
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Time management and organization
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to follow instructions and adapt as needed
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Ability to work with different teams and handle customer interactions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
