Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to residents.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing follow-ups.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Qualifications:
- Licensed LMFT or Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in NJ or LCSW.
- Compassion and a genuine interest in working with the senior population.
- Credentialed for Medicare/Medicaid or willingness to obtain credentials.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ready to hit the ground running and make a difference!
Note: This role requires you to work onsite 100% of the time.
