Summer 2027 Intern – Warehouse Operations ManagementAs a Summer 2027 Intern – Warehouse Operations Management in Avenel, NJ at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be assigned a project that is focused on any of the following areas of business: Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls. Weeks 1-3 will be hands on training within warehouse and 4-10 will be dedicated project work. You will be assigned a manager, mentor and will work projects with another peer intern. As a Warehouse Operations Management intern, you will be considered to be invited back to participate in our Early Career Leadership Development Program. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from June 7 – August 13, 2027 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm In-person in our Avenel, NJ facilityAs a Warehouse Operations Management Intern you will:Experience various assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & SalesGain hands on experience to learn various aspects of Supply Chain and Sales Operations by leading projects and peopleWork closely with experience professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout the internship, facilitating career growth and development within your field of interestCross Functional Exposure: work closely with different departments within the organization to gain a better understanding of all the career opportunities to help narrow their focus for a future career in OperationsElements of the KDP Intern Program include:Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipating in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceiving professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingPartnering with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkCompleting a project from start to finish and presenting it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholdersTotal Rewards:$28.00/hour Paid bi-weekly$2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within 30 days of employmentRequirements:Candidates must be currently enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at an accredited college or university, in their junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028Eligible majors include Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management or another related fieldAvailable to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)Geographic mobility is highly preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starterStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointConsumer packaged goods or beverage experience a plusAbility to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skillsAbility to multi-task in a cross functional environmentKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
