Daily Responsibilities This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Service & Sales Greet customers, answercalls, fieldquestions, andbuildcustomerrelationships. Supportcustomers in selecting landscape materials, outdoorsupplies, andirrigation product recommendations. Warehouse & Yard Operations Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials. Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcomingwarehouse and yard,whilefollowing all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards. Inventory Management Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers. Assistwith cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Delivery and Transportation Loadandunloadmaterials using companydelivery vehicleswhile following all safety protocols. Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
