Kia Medford Receptionist Position
Kia Medford is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service visitors and provide administrative support to the service departments.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor to the service department.
- Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Administrative Support:
- Assisting with general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Directing visitors and clients to the appropriate personnel or department.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
