The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for being an escalation point to the team in terms of ensuring that all customer requirements are met, while liaising with suppliers, customers, employees, and the sales force to best meet client needs.Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:Management Responsibilities:Point of contact for branch sales support team, assist with questions and escalate issues.Develop backup plan for branch, provide backup support as neededOversee orders from inception to payment, in alignment with Stephen Gould policy and proceduresEscalate any personnel concerns/issues to Regional Office ManagerAssist with onboarding of any office staffSupport implementation of any new corporate or divisional processes or initiativesEpicor training lead/liaison for branchManage all office billsAllocate warehouse/facility billingsReport hours for hourly employees to payrollAssist with standard and ad hoc reporting for managementHold regular meetings with the Account Coordinator team to ensure productive performance.Will be responsible for team building budgets.Support Sales Agents' business; performs all standard AC responsibilitiesCandidate ProfileBasic Qualifications:Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline highly preferredHigh Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferredBilingual English/Spanish highly preferredERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization highly preferred.This role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.Providing operational oversight and understanding orders that need to be investigated or reconciled.Must be a strong partner to the Operations Manager who oversees manufacturing and engineering.Be able to act as the right hand to the Sales Manager ensuring business is process correctly and if there are issues that need to be escalated that the sales manager made aware.Additional Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, effectively presents information and frames contentExperience working within an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment is a plusStrong math and verbal skillsOrganized, self-motivated and takes initiativeInterpersonal communication strengths to perform in a collaborative team environmentSome accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferredThis position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
