2027 Guardian Summer MBA Associate, Enterprise Strategy & Planning Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interacting with senior leaders, and networking with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027. Location (Housing is not provided) New York, NY Team Overview The Enterprise Strategy & Planning team is responsible for developing overall strategy for Guardian, conducting strategic deep dives for key business units, and managing the infrastructure of strategic planning across the company. We are a highly visible group and work on project teams to solve complex problems, develop the long-range plans for Guardian, and partner with senior leaders to identify, develop, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives across the organization. Salary Range The base pay range for this internship is $12,000 - $13,600 per month. Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
