About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalable growth and data-driven decision-making, overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and M&A activities. This role involves developing and implementing robust financial systems and processes, managing treasury functions, and providing leadership to the finance team. The CFO will also be a key player in aligning financial goals with strategic objectives and will be expected to have a strong background in U.S. GAAP, financial audits, and experience in ERP implementation and financial systems integration. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in treasury and cash flow management, experience with ERP implementation, and a demonstrated ability to scale businesses through greenfield growth and M&A integration. Proficiency in financial modeling, KPI dashboard development, and operational fluency in construction or field services environments are also key requirements for this role.
