Our secure solution can responsibly help lawyers reduce up to 90% of manual efforts, enabling them to better serve their clients and positively impacting the lives of millions.Position OverviewAs a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of Anytime AI's products — from user research and workflow mapping through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design QA of shipped features. You will work directly with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to turn complex legal workflows into intuitive, trustworthy experiences for busy attorneys and paralegals. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-moving startup: your designs will ship quickly and shape how an entire industry adopts AI.ResponsibilitiesProduct DesignTranslate product vision and feature requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs for web applicationsDesign AI-native interaction patterns — document review, chat-based assistance, citations, and human-in-the-loop verification — that build user trust in AI outputsBuild and maintain a consistent design system (components, typography, color, iconography) as the product scalesUser Research & InsightConduct user interviews, usability tests, and workflow shadowing with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staffExtract insights from customer feedback, support tickets, and product usage data to identify friction points and improvement opportunitiesTranslate research findings into actionable design recommendations and prioritized improvementsCollaboration & DeliveryPartner closely with engineers on implementation — provide detailed specs, review builds against designs, and iterate quicklyWork with product and sales teams to align design priorities with the roadmap and customer commitmentsConduct design QA on new features before client demos and releases to maintain a high quality barDesign StrategyBenchmark competitor and adjacent products; bring industry UX trends and emerging AI interaction patterns into our differentiation strategyContribute to product roadmapping by identifying UX debt and proposing design-led feature opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3–8 years of UI/UX design experience for complex software products; B2B SaaS, AI, or legal tech experience strongly preferredA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work — from research and problem framing to shipped, high-quality interfacesExpert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including component libraries, prototyping, and developer handoffExperience designing data-dense workflows, document-centric interfaces, or AI-assisted productsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills; comfortable making design decisions from both qualitative and quantitative evidenceExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to present and defend design decisions clearlyFamiliarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS capabilities, responsive design); legal industry knowledge is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with equity potentialHealth, dental, and vision insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work environmentWhy Join Anytime AI?If you're passionate about business development in the AI and legal tech space and eager to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup, we want to hear from you!
