Mobile Operations Manager

Mobile Operations Manager
Job Description: Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians. Provide car key duplication & programming (standard, chip, fob, remote). Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real-world problems quickly. Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance. Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional. Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed.
Must haves:
- Experience programming and cutting car keys
- Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc)
- Customer service mindset & strong communication
- Comfortable working with and leading others
- Tech savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
