I'm partnered with a Virginia Beach area company who generate north of 10 billion in revenue and are poised for immense growth.
If you are looking for upward mobility and have a background in ASC-740, domestic income tax compliance, and consider yourself good with tax technology - this is a great opportunity to consider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate income tax compliance including returns, quarterly estimated payments, annual extension payments and monthly account reconciliations.
- Manage quarterly income tax provision process including footnotes and disclosure.
- Handle tax depreciation calculations
- Drive and execute process improvements and tax planning opportunities
- Resolve income tax audits start to finish
- Maintain SOX compliance
- Stay abreast of current tax law changes and increase tax knowledge through continuing education and training
Requirements:
- Background with ASC-740 and domestic income tax compliance
- Good with technology
- OneSource or Corptax user
- Strong communicator and problem-solver
