Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst – Production Support

We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Infor VISUAL (Version 9 – currently 9.0.8) to provide production support in a highly customized environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting business operations across multiple VISUAL modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Infor VISUAL modules including:
  • Financials
  • Manufacturing / MRP
  • Costing
  • Projects
  • Work Orders
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Handle user access requests and system-related inquiries
• Diagnose and resolve issues in a highly customized VISUAL environment, including reverse engineering existing custom solutions
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure effective issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with end users
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements
• Assist in documenting processes, solutions, and system configurations

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9 (mandatory)
• Strong functional knowledge across core VISUAL modules
• Technical expertise in:
  • Visual Macros
  • VB.NET (custom development)
  • Crystal Reports
  • SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  • SQL Server (administration & querying)
• Proven experience working in a production support environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
