Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
- Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation per clinic and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by clinic)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and patient care
- Documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/BLS certified
