Senior Operations Processor

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor as part of the Commercial Banking Business Operations team. In this role, you will support operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance. Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues. Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support. Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area. Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures. Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests. Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications: Experience with Hogan RPM and MaxAAR mainframe systems. Familiarity with Treasury Management Products and Services. Strong understanding of complex Microsoft Excel functions. Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated.

Job Expectations: Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office (location: 600 S 4th St, MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415 or 2800 S Price Rd CHANDLER, AZ 85286).

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
