a2z Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a flexible, community-based setting. 

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Our therapists primarily treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and other functional impairments, all within the comfort of their homes.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $95.00 - $110.00 per visit

Compensation is based on experience, productivity, and overall contribution to the company. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes. 
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments. 
• Develop individualized treatment plans. 
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. 
• Educate patients and caregivers. 
• Complete documentation in a timely manner. 
• Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers. 

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel throughout our service area
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland. 
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education.
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Automobile Insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

• Typical caseload based on your desired weekly visit volume.
