Customer Service / Receptionist- Insurance
We are seeking an energetic, fast learner with excellent communication skills to join our top-ranked insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values delivering outstanding customer service.
Location: Coral Springs, Florida
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle basic customer service questions and assist clients with account inquiries
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including:
• Verifying and processing payments
• Reviewing and updating homeowner billing
• Following up with clients via phone and email regarding delayed, past-due, or missing payments - Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
- Prior insurance or general office experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude is essential
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, in-office position
