At Woodbridge Aquarium and Wildlife Center, we are currently seeking a dedicated  Admissions Team Member/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

• Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately document interactions and results.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and energy.

What Success Looks Like:

• You’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale.
• You take feedback well and use coaching to improve results.
• You stay motivated by goals, bonuses, and friendly competition.
• You understand that sales performance directly impacts earnings.

Pay & Incentives:

• $20 per hour starting pay.
• Generous bonus structure based on performance.
• Top performers can earn $1,000 or more in bonuses per pay period during peak times.
• Reliable hourly income + upside (not commission-only).

Schedule:

Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and/or weekends, depending on business needs.
