Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Large Regional Law Firm

Job Description

A highly successful, multi-location personal injury law firm located in the CBD seeks a full-time legal assistant to manage presuit cases and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, edit and process all data and documents
Coordinate client meetings and Depositions
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Efficiently and courteously communicate with clients and co-workers
Perform job related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

Proficiency in MS OFFICE/Outlook applications
Professional communication and telephone skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good judgment skills
Ability/willingness to adapt to changing technology
Prioritize and multitask
Work well in high pressure/fast-paced environment
Heavy medical record requests and follow up
Accuracy and Proofreading skills
Maintain confidentiality of records and information
Analyze and solve problems
