Nurse: Bedside Developmental Brain Injury ServicesServiceNet is seeking LPNs and RNs who want to practice nursing in a setting where care is personal, manageable, and truly meaningful. Our DBIS residential programs support adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in community homes designed for safety, stability, and dignity.Individual-to-nurse ratios vary by home, depending on medical complexity:2:1 or 3:1 in our more clinically intensive homesUp to 5:1 in our lighter-support homesThese ratios allow for slower-paced, relationship-based care while ensuring you can use your clinical skills fully and safely.What You'll DoChampion health and well-being by monitoring individuals, coordinating care, and ensuring communication across medical providersDocument care thoroughly, including progress notes, daily logs, and nursing interventionsEnsure safe medication administration following MAP standardsTrain and support program staff in essential care techniques and assistive equipmentPromote independence through ADL support and goal-oriented skill-buildingAccompany individuals to medical appointments and community programsContribute to team operations with additional responsibilities as neededWhy You'll Love Working HereMake a True Difference: Every day, you'll help people improve their health and quality of life.
