Job Description
- Assist in managing daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for project execution.
- Communicate progress updates to senior superintendents and project managers.
- Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the construction process.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays in project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
