Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a Barista . As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting exceptional coffee and beverage offerings while delivering warm, attentive service in a welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for our resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and inviting attitude
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, customizing drinks as requested
• Assist with light food prep, plating, and serving
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and production standards
• Operate the POS/register system, accurately handling cash and card payments
• Restock beverages and supplies, and assist with inventory as needed
• Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized café
• Deliver outstanding customer service with each guest interaction

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have minimum of 1 year barista experience
• Previous food handling or prep experience a plus
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
