We are a Tier 1 general contractor with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion , delivering some of the largest and most complex construction projects across Texas and the United States.
With a portfolio that includes $200M+ projects , we have built a reputation for executing technically demanding projects while maintaining strong relationships with some of the industry's most sophisticated owners, developers, architects, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating process for $200M+ complex commercial construction projects
- Own estimates from early conceptual design through final bid, GMP, contract award, and project turnover.
- Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates.
- Establish overall estimating strategy, methodology, and approach for major pursuits.
- Review and interpret highly complex architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialty construction documents.
- Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost development across multiple trades.
- Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions pricing.
Project Experience
Candidates should have significant experience estimating complex, large-scale commercial construction projects.
Experience with projects of $200M+ is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Proven experience leading estimates for $100M–$200M+ projects . xhyhwjd
