Seasonal Recruiter Position

Location: Boston, MA Position Type: Full time The Suffolk University Law School Office of Admissions isseeking an enthusiastic and professional Seasonal Recruiter to assist with fall recruitment efforts. The Seasonal Recruiterwill serve as an ambassador for Suffolk University Law School atlaw school recruitment events across the country and will play animportant role in engaging prospective students and positivelyrepresenting the law school. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized,detail-oriented, professional, efficient, and comfortableinteracting with a wide range of prospective students and otherevent participants. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,as well as a genuine desire to represent Suffolk University LawSchool, are essential. Key Responsibilities The Seasonal Recruiter will: Attend law school fairs, forums, and other recruitment eventsthroughout the country. Represent Suffolk University Law School in a positive,professional, and enthusiastic manner. Answer prospective students’ questions about Suffolk UniversityLaw School, the admissions process, and the studentexperience. Distribute admissions materials and other recruitmentinformation. Research and identify appropriate travel arrangements forassigned recruiting events. Maintain organized records and notes regarding recruitmenttrips and interactions with prospective students. Provide thoughtful assessments and feedback followingrecruiting events to assist the Office of Admissions in planningfuture recruitment efforts. Complete other recruitment-related duties as assigned. Assist in the Law Admission Office when not on recruitingtrips. Qualifications and Requirements Candidates must: Be a Suffolk University Law School alum. Have graduated from Suffolk University Law School in goodacademic and disciplinary standing. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be organized, detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, andefficient. Demonstrate a strong desire to positively represent SuffolkUniversity Law School. Possess a valid driver’s license. Possess a major credit card for approved travel-relatedarrangements and expenses. Schedule and Time Off This is a temporary position running from September throughNovember 2026. Because recruitment events will take placethroughout the fall and will require travel, scheduling will varybased on the recruitment calendar and assigned events. Days offwill be determined on a case-by-case basis. Compensation and Travel The Seasonal Recruiter will be compensated on a per diem basis.The salary for this position is $51,000 annually, prorated to theamount of time worked. All approved travel expenses incurred inconnection with work-related recruiting activities will bereimbursed in accordance with Suffolk University Law Schoolprocedures. The salary range for this role is $51,000.00. Salary Transparency Suffolk University provides salary ranges as a good faithestimate of what it reasonably expects to pay for a role at thetime the position is posted. The actual salary offered to theselected candidate will depend on various factors, including, butnot limited to, the position’s scope and responsibilities, thecandidate’s experience, education, training, and applicable legalrequirements. The listed pay range reflects base salary only anddoes not include additional benefits or compensation.
