You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Verify credentials, authorize entry in accordance with site requirements, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct individuals to appropriate check-in locations. Monitor access points, alarm panels, and surveillance systems; identify and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of controlled-access areas, facilities, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
