Job Description Pay:$22.00 per hour Job Description: Position Summary We are seeking a skilledElectronics Technicianto support the build and integration of electrical systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This role focuses onwire harness fabrication, assembly, and testing, ensuring high-reliability performance in demanding aerospace environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in building harnesses to print while working closely with engineering and production teams. Key Responsibilities Build and assemblewire harnesses and cable assembliesto engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Performcutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminatingof wires and connectors Install and route harnesses within UAV structures, ensuring proper strain relief and protection Interpretwiring diagrams, pinouts, and BOMs Conductcontinuity checks, insulation resistance testing, and functional testing Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in assemblies and systems Supportprototype builds and low-rate production (LRIP)efforts Maintain documentation, redlines, and as-built configurations Ensure compliance with quality standards and workmanship requirements (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred) Work collaboratively with engineering to improve designs for manufacturability and reliability Required Qualifications 6months + Experience building wire harness Will consider experience or certifications (Does not have to be aircraft experience) Proficiency incrimping, soldering, and cable routing techniques Ability to read and interpretelectrical schematics and assembly drawings Experience withmil/aerospace-style connectors(D38999, Micro-D, etc.) preferred Familiarity xmvmafu withtest equipment(multimeter, continuity tester, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Experience inaerospace, defense, or UAV systems IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification. Experience withenvironmental considerations(vibration, thermal, EMI shielding) Ability to supportrapid prototyping and iterative developmentenvironments Work Environment Hands-on production and lab environment May involve working with small components and tight tolerances Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
