Entry Level Cable Technician

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking *Entry-Level Cable Technician* to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in low-voltage and structured cabling. The role will support the installation, termination, and testing of CAT5/CAT6 cabling, as well as assist with wireless access point and A/V system installations.
Responsibilities
* Pull, route, and install CAT5/CAT6 data cabling.
* Assist with cable termination, testing, labeling, and troubleshooting.
* Install cable trays and support structures.
* Rack and stack network equipment.
* Assist with wireless access point and A/V installations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards.
* Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
* 6 months to 1+ year of cabling, construction, electrical, or related experience preferred.
* Basic understanding of structured cabling and low-voltage systems.
* Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions.
* Must have own basic hand tools (snips, crimpers, screwdriver set, punch-down tool).
* Reliable transportation to job sites.
* Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in commercial environments.
* Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
