Technical Assistant - Testing Center
The Technical Assistant will support the daily functions of the Testing Center, including exam proctoring, customer service, office support, and maintenance of the testing environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Ability to use computer software and assessment platforms. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and community members.
Duties: Maintain the integrity and security of testing materials, procedures, and facilities. Administer placement testing for new and continuing students. Proctor and administer computer-based and paper exams. Record and maintain accurate records of services provided. Provide office support for the Testing Center front desk. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
