We just celebrated our 3 year in business and average over 100 cars per week. Job Description We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, dependable automotive service advisor. We are willing to train the individual with the right talents, especially a positive attitude. Daily duties include, answering phone, greeting customers, obtaining demographic information, documenting customer concerns, developing estimates, communicating issues, repairs, close tickets an process payments. Customer service is our number one priority here, providing frequent and accurate communication with our customer is essential.
