Orangetheory Fitness is looking for an energetic, organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Studio Manager. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, loves building community both online and in-person and is excited to help our studio grow through smart operations and standout content. Planning creating, posting and engaging across various platforms Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh, engaging content that reflects our brand and community Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what resonates with our audience Stay on top of trends, platform updates and creative ideas that keep our presence fresh and relevant Be the main point of contact for all items related to Marketing Operations & Team Leadership Develop and maintain strong operation procedures and processes to keep the studio running smoothly Lead and support the studio staff, helping build a strong motivated team Assist the Studio Manager with daily needs from scheduling, to member experience, to problem-solving on the fly Help ensure day-to-day operations align with studio standards and business goals Cultivate B2B relationships Plan and execute events What You Bring Proven experience with marketing and social media platforms (content creation, scheduling tools, analytics) Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team Background in business operations or studio/gym management A passion for fitness and wellness Strong communication skills, organizational skills, PC skills The ability to handle multiple priorities A creative eye, collaborative spirit and a "get it done" attitude Why Join Our Team Be part of a growing, supportive fitness community Room to bring your creative ideas to life Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role Flexible schedule Opportunity to coach fitness classes* Free Membership PTO Requirements CPR Certification 3+ years of relevant experience Ability to travel approx. 1 hour away *coach certification required for coaching fitness classes #J-18808-Ljbffr
