Assembler

Mon-Fri | 7a-3:30pm | Full-Time

Crossville, TN

We are seeking a dependable and very detail-oriented a ssembler to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components, following production specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
• Work with extremely small and precise components and parts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report production issues or defects to supervisors promptly
• Support team production goals and meet daily productivity expectations
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Extreme attention to detail is required; some parts handled are as small as 2.92 millimeters
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with delicate components
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
