Youth ILP Case Manager - On-Call & Community-Based
ADP, Inc.
Brighton Center, Inc. in Covington, Kentucky, is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management, resources, assessments and support to Independent Living Youth aged 18-21 in Northern Kentucky. The role leads the ILP program within Youth Housing and may include on-call shifts.
