Alivi is seeking a first‑line technical support specialist to assist employees across the organization. You will troubleshoot incidents for endpoints, identity and access, collaboration tools, and core business apps, documenting steps and resolutions for future reference. Collaborate with Systems Administration and Security to maintain reliable, secure operations, support onboarding/offboarding, MFA, and SharePoint/Teams workloads while delivering an excellent employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
