IT Support Specialist

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Key skills include data entry, Excel, customer setup, sales support, operations coordination, billing support, research, problem resolution, reporting, data analysis, Oracle, and customer service.

• We will have you set up and maintain customer records across multiple internal systems.
• We will have you coordinate with Credit, Dispatch, Sales, Billing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve customer and operational concerns.
• We will have you investigate and resolve discrepancies involving freight, haulers, customer setup, system mapping, billing, and data integrity.
• We will have you monitor and clear daily exceptions, holds, and system issues within the RCD platform.
• We will have you support billing accuracy and month-end close activities by resolving issues promptly.
• We will have you perform data entry, reporting, and operational support work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• We will have you communicate regularly by phone, email, and instant messaging with cross-functional teams.
