IT Support Specialist

Kforce has a client seeking an IT Support Specialist in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain customer records across various internal systems
• Coordinate with Credit, Dispatch, Sales, Billing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve customer and operational issues
• Research and troubleshoot discrepancies related to freight, haulers, customer setup, system mapping, billing, and data integrity
• Monitor and resolve daily exceptions, holds, and system-related issues within the RCD platform
• Support billing accuracy and month-end close activities by ensuring timely issue resolution
• Perform data entry, reporting, and operational support tasks while maintaining high accuracy
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and instant messaging with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
• Flexible and responsive in fast-paced operational environments, including month-end support activities
